I have turned on the two-step verification but while Microsoft sends me a code to my other email or mobile number, then outlook stucks after the captcha and doesn't proceed. What can i do??? I've tried to delete messages from her focused and non-focused inboxes and empty the Deleted Folder to no avail. Everything that I thought was deleted shows up again after I log out and log back in.
