This webinar will not include CE credit, but is specifically designed to share ideas and experiences to enhance the knowledge of MSOS members on a variety of current medication safety topics by hearing what individuals have actually done at their organization to resolve specific medication safety issues.

Chris Michalek will be taking over the reins in overseeing the MSOS and will work with Bob Feroli on Member Briefings. Chris is a pharmacist on our consulting team and is an expert in advancing medication safety technologies, recently overseeing the update to our ISMP Guidelines for Safe Preparation of Compounded Sterile Preparations.

To address recent discussions on the MSOS Discussion Board and provide members with an opportunity to share and ask questions in a live virtual environment, the March Briefing will be dedicated to this topic.

The goal of the MSOS is to provide and open forum of information sharing and discussion in the area of medication safety among its members. Membership is open to Medication Safety Officers and other individuals who work in healthcare or a healthcare-related field with a role in improving medication safety in Healthcare organizations.
