
Z-4000 ? Future? - O Gauge Forum
2023年3月7日 · Well, with the coming closure of MTH, I wonder what will become of the Z-4000 transformers? They are the best things to come along since the old Post War Lionel ZWs. But the Z-4000s do have a certain amount of electronics onboard and would probably need servicing in the future. Plus they are in high demand as a GREAT power source for large layouts!
Issue with MTH Z4000 transformer - O Gauge Forum
2020年2月10日 · I have two MTH Z4000 transformers. One of them has become difficult to operate. The throttle handles have become stiff and hard to throttle up and down. The transformer still responds and the voltage seems to move up and down correctly with throttle position, but it is just hard to move them. Any ideas on how to correct this situation?

2024年2月21日 · A lot of info here guys and my head is spinning taking it all in. I heard that since I have a MTH Z4000 , I can run both convential on 1 track and newer style on other. Is this true? If I can, just probably can’t switch trains from 1 track to the other.

MTH DCS Remote Commander - O Gauge Forum
2023年4月6日 · Thanks for the replies. I guess I just need to know where the commander base goes in the wiring. I have a z1000 transformer that is set to full voltage to power my lion chief and universal remotes.(yes the orange universal remote) There is a mth brick that powers a transformer that is set to full power for the remotes +/- 18 volts.
