2008年4月11日 · Answer provided by PennDOT: Section 1318 (d) of the Vehicle Code, “Verification of information on application”, states that the agent shall verify that the purchase prices stated on the application approximates the fair market value of the vehicle in a manner prescribed by the Department. 2008年4月11日 · Both PennDOT and the Department of Revenue have the authority to monitor the actual purchase price of the vehicle. The Vehicle Code mandates an Issuing Agent to complete Form MV-3 if the purchase price is below the Fair Market Value of a vehicle.
