An MVCA member is either: An annual leaseholder, including spouses/partners, of lots/parcels within Monte Vista Village upon which a factory-built building, manufactured home, mobile home, park model, or recreational vehicle exists,

WHY JOIN MVCA. As a large group, the Villagers can have a voice in conversations with management to keep the quality of lifestyle in the forefront and to improve areas in need.

Bingo Special Events Bingo runs November 1 to March 28. Special events include: December 20 – Month-end $100 door prize drawing. January 24 – Special drawing for Bingo Bag and cash winner. January 30 – Month-end $100 door prize drawing. February 14 – Special Valentine’s Day Special Man and Lady – cash for special numbers called during Bingo session
