I've found Raven-H's in Marik and Kurita space, rank 11-12, about halfway through the campaign. For Kurita, if you're at terra and keep moving north east there are three industrial hubs along that trajectory that, at least in my experience, tend to have higher rates of better stuff.

Just always make sure to call the lance target so that the Raven isn't soloing something and they're a great addition.

2021年6月2日 · The raven hero mech is god tier, You can set it up with an SRM 10 and I've killed assaults in it, you just run circles around them at 129 km/h and they miss every shot. I mostly only use this for demo and raid missions though, because it's so fast, has good jump, and machine guns tear up buildings.

Based on the stated requirements, in the light range your options are basically the JNR-O and the VL-BL hero mechs. Both are SRM-4 boats.
