2016年11月22日 · Grind the onion, garlic and ginger into a fine paste. Grind cumin seeds, argemone, chillies and bay leave separately. Fry the fishes in oil and keep it aside. Cut the potatoes into small pieces after taking out the skin. Fry the rice in oil. When it turns brown add potatoes and fry. After 5 minutes add onion, ginger and garlic paste to it.

Marinate with a bit of salt, turmeric and chili power for about 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the fish pieces. Keep the fish aside. In the same pan, brown the onions.
