Also, my Colt has a Magpul CTR stock and Midwest Industries Gen 2 rail (if that makes a difference) I shoot pretty regularly at my dad's farm, but we pull our trucks right up to where we shoot from, so I set the rifle on the tailgate when shooting others.

2020年11月7日 · If I could make a suggestion. Switch out the receiver end plate for the MagPul ASAP QD plate: MAG529, and use the MagPul MS4 dual QD Gen 2 sling: MAG518. The sling will function as a 2 point, or as a 1 point sling when the second QD is inserted into the adaptor on the sling. The MagPul website shows how this all looks when said and done.

2019年4月2日 · I really like my Magpul MS4 sling for the 2 point, single point, QD and not bulky. I searched around and didn't really care for the padded slings. I made sure all my weapons have QD sockets. One sling for everything. If I ever feel the need for a 2nd sling, I would certainly get another Magpul MS4 sling.

2016年4月3日 · I've got a steel Noveske QD end plate. Never had a single issue. Also had an aluminum one with sling loops for mash hooks that got chewed to shit within 2 months of a deployment, another steel fixed point that had vertical slots for the sling itself that got busted to hell in 3 months (not deployed), and a Magpul ASAP which I just plain didn't like.

2013年8月9日 · I have both and in terms of comfortability the VCAS is definitely better.. but the 2 to 1 pt conversion in the MS4 is a huge plus but a triglide would accomplish the same thing.. The MS4 would tear my shoulder up and having the padding in the VCAS is the reason I switched.. I am now looking to sell my MS4 sling..
