When used with the Middle East Colonization Status rule (which can be found in the custom game rules) or the British national focus Revisit Colonial Policy, Malta is released as a puppet until the completion of the Decolonization focus when it gets full independence.

And then you click the naval invasion button. then you have to click on the port your invasion begins from and then the province you want to invade, then you must press enter. If you are not at war with the province, it will not let you invade. Also if you have only lvl 1 transports, you may only move ten armies.

2016年6月7日 · Do you have a fleet on escort mission? Have you selected an army and planned an invasion so they can start preparing? I just assembled a couple of marine divisions only to find out Malta was undefended. I was running air superiority over the area, as well as naval bombing missions, my fleets were repairing in Venice.
