Manah (Arabic: منح) is a town in the region of Ad Dakhiliyah, in northeastern Oman. As of 2010 it had a population of 7,749. [1] Manah is one of the wilayats (provinces) in the Interior Governorate of Oman, located approximately 160km away from the capital, Muscat.
