2019年11月26日 · Mantic is a gaming company that makes a great wargame. It's also a model company that makes models which vary from "abysmal" to "fairly good". These things are really separate. You don't need to buy Mantic models to play the Kings of War game. That said, the model quality is really different. The goblin rank and flile, frankly, are horrible.

2013年1月16日 · Mantic stuff is 100% suitable for use in GW games, especially for Warhammer Fantasy where you can pretty much make your entire army using nothing other than Mantic if you want to (with the exception of whatever giant monster GW happens to be releasing).

2010年4月18日 · I picked up 20 of both the Mantic Skeletons and Ghouls at Adepticon (for about $35!!) and wanted to do a comparison to similar GW models as I, and no doubt other people, are looking to use these models to fill out existing WHFB units. First off, the Mantic models are great. They go together easily, have minimum flash, and have lots of detail.

I think the GW models are cool, but maybe for something other than a ghoul. - Mantic Zombies - much better than the GW plastic Zombies. 2016年8月24日 · So Mantic skellies being better is not to be unexpected.) However, when I compare the High Elves from Island of Blood to the Mantic elf models... there the GW models fairly shine . Likewise the GW dwarf minis from a few years ago - but I greatly prefer the Mantic models to the current GW dwarfs.
