Our laboratory is engaged in understanding the processes that shape marine ecosystems under scenarios of environmental change. From observations at sea, to controlled aquarium systems and laboratory experiments, our group works to understand processes that will shape the marine environment in the years to come.

Our research group focuses on studying the resilience of reefs and corals to environmental change at different levels. Our lab, based at the Interuniversity Institute in Eilat, conducts both field and laboratory experiments to examine the effects of ocean acidification, thermal stress, and local stressors on coral physiology and ecology.
