I am trying to identify the fanfiction where Mara Jade infiltrates a group of Imperial soldiers who want to defect to the rebels, they are picked up by Luke Skywalker. 2011年12月30日 · Mara Jade was usually just there, and an explanation for her physical and emotional absence isn't even provided for 8-9 more fictional years when the Thrawn Duology comes out. Hell, according to an interview with Kevin J. Anderson, the publishers hadn't even planned on using her as a major character until the duology.

There's also two comic series, Mara Jade by the Emperor's Hand, which details her time working for the empire, and Star Wars Union (I don't want to spoil anything for this series in case you haven't gotten that far yet, the events of this comic take place after both Hand of Thrawn Books but before Survivor's Quest).
