Passionate about music since childhood, Charlotte initially trained as a soprano at the Royal Academy of Music. Upon graduation she decided to pursue a career in artist management and after a six months internship at Askonas Holt and working front of house at the Wigmore Hall, she joined Maria Mot at Intermusica as her assistant in 2018.

The agency, which is created in collaboration with Intermusica, where Mot worked until October 2020, represents such artists as Lise Davidsen, Erin Morley, Danielle De Niese, Irene Theorin, Angela Brower, and Leonardo Capalbo, among many others.

Maria is Venture Farm's jill of all trades - we're so lucky to have her on our team! Maria is studying Veterinary Science at OSU and spends her free time learning the ropes at Venture Farms as a working student. During the summers, Maria works diligently grooming for us at home, as well as on the road as our show groom.
