the voice was beautiful but it was a very dramatic switch, especially when she would go into song directly after a speaking line. To be fair, I do think Marinette's regular voice would not have gone as well with Tikki's in their duet. The lower, powerful voice was nice juxtaposition to Tikki's high and cutesy range.

2021年5月27日 · I already knew Alya and Marinette's VA's were in that anime (Alya's especially, I can't stop hearing Satsuki whenever I hear her speak). But now the scenes where Alya babysat Manon hit differently if you know the characters their VA's voiced in Kill la Kill and how much Satsuki HATED Nui Harime (Stephanie Sheh).

Trippy to imagine that the voice of a succumbed telling Blitzo to suck sandpaper and of a Parisian super heroine fawning over Adrian Agreste and the tween bird boy telling to keep on climbing are all one and the same.

2023年7月29日 · I agree with you. I watched the movie today with my daughter. I didn't think the singer was a good match to Marinette's voice actress. The singer did a great job, but she didn't sound like Marinette at all. Edit: On the other hand, the person they used for Cat Noir's singing voice was a good match.

2021年9月16日 · I wish we had his old voice actor do Rocketear, as I was looking forward to that English dub, before I remembered the actor was different. Personally I don’t see why he needed to step down. Sure, there are similar situations where the white voice actors step down because their role was more of a mockery of another race, but Nino’s voice ...

2020年12月28日 · Marinette voice actor uses a more mature voice as ladybug same with Adrien cept its not as soft spoken. I think with hawkmoth it has to do with the fact that at the beginning we as the audience did not know the identity of him so he changed it to not be revealed.
