William Morton Lyon (born December 10, 1973) is an American former professional football defensive lineman who played for the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Marshall Thundering Herd.

In three seasons as a starter, Lyon helped Marshall to a 39-5 record, including a 15-0 mark and the 1996 NCAA Division I-AA national championship as a senior captain, a year in which he made 91 tackles, including 15 behind the line of scrimmage and logged nine quarterback sacks.
