Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The intake for undergraduate programmes open in April for October admission. The intake for postgraduate programmes opens twice a year, which is October for the following year’s March admission, and April for October’s admission.

Applicants applying for the Master’s programmes should have the following qualification: A Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia or other universities approved by the Senate with a Cummulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) ≥ 2.80; OR

Master of Computing (masters programme by research) candidates are required to conduct a full-time research in the selected field and take and pass the Research Methodology Course. At the end of the programme, the candidates must submit a thesis to be examined by the panel of examiners appointed by the Faculty.
