Mr. Brophy is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, with nearly a decade of M&A and capital-raising experience across digital infrastructure and software verticals. He is based in the firm’s New York office.

As President, Aerospace & Defense, Senior Vice President East Mr. Brophy is responsible for Aerospace & Defense and our East Coast Operations. Mr. Brophy brings over 20 years’ experience as a leader with a deep background in operations, supply chain, multi-site operations, manufacturing, logistics, and lean principles.

In graduate school, I studied the philosophy of science, and moral philosophy, merging the two in my dissertation. I also had the fortune of working with Norman Bowie, a pioneer of business ethics, who inspired me to specialize in the field. My publications include essays in Pop Culture & Philosophy volumes, such as Inception and Philosophy.
