I am Dr. George Bey, a world-renowned archaeologist focusing on Maya civilization. I’ve been featured in several National Geographic documentaries on the Maya civilization and currently conduct research with Millsaps students at the archaeological site of Kiuic, located within the Millsaps Biocultural Reserve in Yucatan.

Led by Head Chef Shane Mac Neill, Mayabay Dubai’s menu features specialities rooted in traditional Asian cuisine from dim sum, Japanese tempura, sushi, Thai curries, salads and other signature dishes including the Maya Crispy Duck and its line of Japanese mochis from the MayaMoki corner.
