the problem is that i am not able to connect web iou to a loopback interface when i type in netmap (eth0 or eth1) it works on my real ethernet lan but there are some loopback interface which i want to connect IOU to them for practice both eth1 and eth0 are directly connected interfaces

Latest versions of GNS3 have IOU embedded. There is a special IOU VM that comes with it that you just need to configure. Here is the link on how to do it.

IOU is Cisco's internal software, anyone with legit access would likely be under NDA and unable to share it or much information about it with you. Anyone who does share specific info about it either saw it outside of NDA or got it under suspicious circumstances.
