NYC Health + Hospitals is the largest municipal health care system in the US. We provide essential inpatient, outpatient, and home-based services to more than one million New Yorkers every year in more than 70 locations across the city’s five boroughs.

The Makkah Al-Mukarramah Health Cluster provides health care services to more than 1.9 million beneficiaries, through 115 primary care centers, medical City, and 14 general and specialized hospitals with a total bed capacity of 3,094 beds.

We serve as the community coalition to address homelessness and housing vulnerability. We are the organized body of informal networking and formal linkages between homeless services providers and other public and private human service providers. We work with and for the homeless and formerly homeless or other interested consumers and stakeholders.

Hexahydrocannabihexol (HHCH) is a semi-synthetic cannabinoid derivative. It was first synthesised by Roger Adams in 1942 and found to be more potent than either the pentyl or heptyl homologues, or the unsaturated tetrahydrocannabinol analogue. [1][2] HHCH was first identified as a designer drug in Sweden in September 2023. [3]

Results: HHC showed the effects of the typical cannabinoid on the central nervous system, with lower potency than Δ 9 -THC. A few studies highlighted that 9 (R)-HHC is more potent than 9 (S)-HHC. This molecule showed an affinity for cannabinoid receptor CB1 both in vitro and in vivo, suggesting a possible therapeutic effect in several pathologies.
