Edit: Resolved, thanks to Dernedon. When you use the "default keys" option it turns them back to normal, except the "call for help" option is unbinded.

2021年5月29日 · Try "exec config_default" in the console, just to force default keybinds. If you are f2p (not premium), you are gagged and cannot use any voice line (including "MEDIC!)/chat and VC. I've reset all keys to default and stuff, but it's not calling for a medic. Please help.

2014年8月26日 · When you have medigun out and press secondary weapon button again it initiates relatively silent voice command, so you can press it when you have 96-99% and mask those loud "I am fully charged!" voice commands. You can fake getting uber by pressing one button. You can activate "medic radar", which shows you positions of all nearby teammates.
