I found the statue of a Medusa on the coast north of the lighthouse and just barely north of the 1st sunken ship. Once you click the statue it spawns a level 20 mob. Non-elite, but it can heal so you may need a group!

Found this idol/ Statue in the water off the coast of westfall. Cords: 26.0, 69.5. requires a Soul of the Sea to use. 1. Kill Defias to get Gillsbane. 2. Use Gillsbane to kill Murlocs and get Soul of the Sea. 3. Go to the Medusa statue at (26,70). Interact with it and a level 20 mob will spawn. 4. Kill the mob and you get the Quick Strike rune.
