Kuo Chieh Chi (Chinese: 郭婕祈; pinyin: Guō Jiéqǐ), known professionally as MeiMei, is a Taiwanese actress who rose to fame as a member of girl band Hey Girl (formerly Hei Se Hui Mei Mei). MeiMei is the younger sister of Ulzzang model JieJie.

Mei-fen joined Macquarie University in 2020. She is a Lecturer in Contemporary Chinese Culture and History at Department of Media, Communications, Creative Arts, Language and Literature where she teaches and researches in the area of modern Chinese history with a focus on diaspora identity and transnational mobility.
