PACE is MDC’s Management Training Program. Enabling and enhancing the professional growth and skills development of employees, PACE is designed to produce high-potential, competent, and capable talents who have the passion and drive to pursue a leadership career in MDC.

Implements all works based on Safety, Quality, Time and Cost program of MDC. Attends to scheduled cost reconciliation between MDC cost engineers/QS and subcontractor/suppliers regarding billings and change orders. Implements the Testing and Commissioning Plan/Program for each MEPFS trade.

· Random check on the quality of works, construction methods and perform material testing on on-going housing units, land development, and open space amenities to confirm product compliance with the design and specification. · Monitors and submits reports for on-going projects in all group from time to time.

Inspect daily execution of MEPFS if correctly done based on plan and specs. Demonstrates ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands. Write clear and concise reports and technical descriptions.

•Coordination with different trade contractor to ensure proper utilities hierarchy of MEPFS works. • Review plan, Shop drawing and all related drawings for project completion. • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
