2024年6月28日 · In this Letter, CsV 3 (Sb 1-x Se x) 5 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.1) crystals were grown using a Sb-rich self-flux method, and studied by XRD, Laue Diffraction, SEM, EDS, and magnetization measurements. It was found that at low doping concentration (x ≤ 0.08), the crystal has good quality, and the nominal and actual components are basically consistent.

2025年3月10日 · In this work, we perform ultrafast time-resolved reflectivity measurements to study the symmetry breaking in the charge-density wave (CDW) phase of CsV 3 Sb 5. By extracting the coherent phonon spectrum in the CDW phase of CsV 3 Sb 5, we discover close phonon pairs near 1.3 THz and 3.1 THz, as well as a new mode at 1.84 THz.
