I agree Rockingham County, NH doesn't fit well into the boundaries of metro Boston, but Hampton and Salem, NH are a much closer and easier commute to Boston than most anywhere on the Cape. Boston metro realistically doesn't stretch any further than Plymouth Center on the South Shore.
