Mike Henry (born 1966) is a Canadian-born businessman who has been the CEO of BHP since 1 January 2020. Henry graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the University of British Columbia.

Mike Henry has over 30 years’ experience in the global mining and petroleum industry, spanning operational, commercial, safety, technology and marketing roles. Mike joined BHP in 2003 and has been a member of the Executive Leadership Team since 2011.
