2011年9月20日 · Week 1 = Great TIG. The best machine I have ever used. Week 2 = Machine smoked on me and makes a loud popping sound when I power it up. Called Miller tech support and they just referred me to their nearest warranty center. THE MACHINE WAS 10 DAYS OLD AND IT BROKE. This was a $5000 machine and broke after putting just a few hours on it.

2008年12月11日 · Syncrowave 200 SGS: To echo TurboGlenn, if $$$$ isn't an issue, then the Dynasty 350 is the ticket. $7500 for the complete package. I've got a Syncro 200, and am satisfied with it's performance. excellent stick, DC TIG amd AC up to 1/8". Thicker aluminum is "pushing" it. The "Runner Package" is around $2200.

(the second time the cooler was 1 month out of warranty and Miller still covered it) As for model tig welder, i would go with a syncrowave 200 or 250. proven track record and a great machine.

The Miller Rep replaced the interface cable on the gun and checked the old girl out. The Rep said the machine tested out very well. The Miller guys kept telling me the 200 is very smooth to weld with and while the welder was in the shop several customers inquired about buying it. I have the Millermatic 200 and a new Lincolin 215 now.

2007年2月18日 · The pulse controls on my syncrowave 200 are in pulse per second (PPS) range of setting is 1-15 PPS. The balance range is 1-10 with seven being about 43% positive & 57% negative. 10 is 40/60. These are the only examples my book has. One would think Miller could have made that eaiser to follow/understand. I will try some other setting on Monday.

2010年7月4日 · That way you could have a plug for your 200 mig, plasma, air compressor and one for your tig. You would never have to change plugs. Put each plug on a 50 amp breaker with a Nema 6-50 plug (pretty much standard for single phase). That way you'll have 100 amps for the plasma and air compressor running at one time.
