Milwaukee Lutheran High School (MLHS) is a fully accredited, four-year, Christian high school serving over 800 students from communities throughout the greater Milwaukee area including Brookfield, Cedarburg, Germantown, Glendale, Grafton, Menomonee Falls, Mequon, Milwaukee, New Berlin, Waukesha, Wauwatosa, West Bend, and Whitefish Bay.

Milwaukee Lutheran High School, established in 1903, is one of the oldest Lutheran high schools in the nation. It was originally established as a joint venture of the Missouri and Wisconsin Synods. The original association was not composed of congregations, but of individuals who had an interest in the cause for Lutheran education in Milwaukee.

The admission process is established to determine whether enrollment at Milwaukee Lutheran is a good fit for the student and for the school. Milwaukee Lutheran accepts and reviews applications from any students who have met the school’s criteria for enrollment.

Students at Milwaukee Lutheran High School are provided with an extensive curriculum that allows for maximizing individual potential as well as appropriately enhancing the skills necessary for success in today's modern society.

Milwaukee Lutheran High School participates in the State of Wisconsin tuition assistance programs called Private School Choice Programs. These programs allow families meeting household income requirements to attend Milwaukee Lutheran High School for free or significantly reduced tuition.

More than 14,000 students have graduated from Lutheran high schools in Milwaukee. Each has been nurtured for the development of Christian character. We are completing our tenth decade of service to students, families, and congregations.
