It just had your basic stuff like netherite ingots, debris, gold, and lastly the pigstep disc. The wiki says the template is guaranteed and that pigstep cant even appear in treasure bastions at all.

The bottom chest is lies at the bottom of the staircase. It's a common strategy to dig 2 blocks down in the green area and 5 blocks inward to access the lower room's gold blocks.
