2014年10月20日 · I would guess a really weird combination of "Mountain" biome and sub-biomes. I once had a really hard time finding a Mesa Plateau F M. This is really rare, since it is a sub-biome that's also M. Birch Forest Hills M, Extreme Hills + M, etc, are also pretty rare.

2014年8月12日 · 2. If you want to get technical, then the end and the nether are the most common biomes because they have a 100% chance of spawning, regardless of seed. Technically speaking, it is possible there is a seed out there that no one has found yet that would generate all of a single biome, or none of a specific biome. We may never know.
