2021年4月25日 · What they told you is correct, you have 45 days from the date of purchase to activate the SIM. They state it on there website and even started putting it on the SIM packages. That other date is the date Mint themselves has to activate the SIM card by, not the customer.

Mint will not activate any sim card after 45 days of purchase
The expiration date printed on the top corner of the card is T-Mobile's limitation for activating the SIM card itself anywhere on the T-Mobile network, and it's not associated with Mint's policies. You'll find this on T-Mo network cards that don't include any type of plan, too. Mint didn't put that date on the card, T-Mobile did.

2021年1月25日 · They can’t. All SIM cards on the T-Mobile network have an “activate by” date. If you don’t activate the SIM on the T-Mobile network by that date, you won’t be able to activate it ever. This is not related to the plan itself, just the physical SIM. It’s not Mint’s choice to include that unfortunately.

2022年5月20日 · Too pricey for a phone that MIGHT work. Getting Mint Mobile on an iPad is exactly the same as getting it on a phone. The device must be turned off before the SIM is placed inside the tray and before you enter the activation code, given you're working with a new SIM and not swapping the SIM out of an old device.

MINT SIM Card would not activate. Can I get a replacement?
