In the season 2 episodes Sapotis and Syren, she receives the Fox Miraculous from Ladybug, which, when inhabited by the kwami Trixx, can transform her into Rena Rouge, a fox-themed superhero who has the power to create illusions and will aid Ladybug and Cat Noir during certain missions in season 2.

When the Miraculous is inhabited by Trixx, Alya becomes Rena Rouge, a red fox-themed superhero with the power of Illusion who helps Ladybug and Cat Noir "during particularly difficult missions" in the second season and beyond.

Alya is the holder of the Miraculous of the Fox, which grants her the power of illusion. With the assistance of her kwami, Trixx, she transforms into Rena Rouge, a courageous and cunning ally hand-picked by Ladybug herself to fight alongside Paris’ beloved heroes.
