MJE is for young Jewish professionals in their 20s and 30s. MJE welcomes Jews of all religious backgrounds. Most MJE events (including but not exclusive to parties, retreats, dinners, etc.) are intended for less affiliated Jewish adults in their 20s and 30s.

MJE runs a wide range of inclusive, engaging and innovative programs for thousands of young Jewish professionals, including Shabbat Dinners, Holiday Events and Parties, Ski Trip, Classes, Beginner Services, Trips to Israel, Marching in the Israel Day Parade and much more.

Since founding MJE 20 years ago, Rabbi Wildes has become one of America’s most inspirational and dynamic Jewish educators. He lives with his wife Jill and their children Yosef, Ezra, Judah and Avigayil on the Upper West Side where they maintain a warm and welcoming home for all.
