2024年8月10日 · If you have a 5 door R then some of the best seats are the Recaro pole positions as they are both deep bolstered and a lot lighter than factor. Pic is of a previous car with them fitted. I have a 3 door so Pole Positions are no good for me unfortunately.

2015年4月16日 · Have you ever sat in a leather mk7 gti? I bet you haven't because the seats are designed to bolster you into the seat while taking sharp turns. I have been in both leather and plaid mk7's. I simply feel that the plaid isn't great quality as the leather has improved much better than any other mk's. Ready to race!

2017年11月2日 · I found a used MK5 united grey with plaid seats. It was the COOLEST thing I've ever seen in a car. from there I moved up to a Mk6 GTI Driver's edition. I loved it but wish I could have had that package with the plaid seats!

2022年5月22日 · I have never sat on a R seat before but have been told it is a huge difference from my Mk7 GSW TDI S Trim seats (which are OK, but not really that comfortable on long drives). I am considering an upgrade to R seats, but I had an opportunity to sit on a Recaro LX and LS seats and they are wonderfull but pricey.
