Tips for the Moab 240 : r/ultrarunning - Reddit
2022年9月18日 · Moab is totally doable solo. Make sure you have plenty of water-carrying capacity, especially on the long stretch to Breaking Bad (or whatever it's called now). Very easy to run out there, especially if it's hot. There is almost no water worth filtering, so plan ahead. Protect yourself from the sun, but be ready for the cold.

2020年10月12日 · Edit: for the curious just looked and Moab 240 is $1295-$1495 depending on when you register. Obviously you don’t have to be “rich” but that It probably takes me 4-5 years spend that doing a couple races a year. Granted I’m cheap and do a lot of dirtbag donation based races and usually only one higher priced one a year ($150-$300)
Sally McRae vs Courtney Dauwalter : r/Ultramarathon - Reddit
2023年11月3日 · She won one race that was 150mi 8 months before Moab and than another 100 in the entire year (she got 22nd in Belfast in July which was the only other 100+ race). That's besides the point anyway. There's no way to even compare those to the 3 events that Sally hit before Moab especially considering the Tahoe and the Bigfoot were literally 3 ...

2021年4月28日 · I came across this race online yesterday called the MOAB 240 and I have to run it. It's calling me. I don't really know why I'm posting, if anyone has run it or has any tips I'm all ears. Otherwise, I guess this is just for me to put out in the ether that I'm going to run that race in a few years. Edit: I'm still at it, 4 months ago I had run 8 ...

Ahhh, so it’s mostly from elevation. That makes sense considering the they had sub 60 times that seemed like insanity. Your sub 71:00 hour time seemed incredible as is. One other question would be what is the recovery like after 240 miles? I imagine you do …
