2013年1月23日 · I just picked up a Model 4c .22cal bolt action that has no scope or mounts attached. I've tried researching the best method to mount a 3/4" scope, but haven't found anything specific. I'm pretty sure that I need to pick up a Weaver N2 scope mount, but I was just curious if anyone else has knowledge to share.

2025年1月27日 · If your rifle is chambered for a .308 based cartridge (.243, 7mm-08, .308, or even the 6.5 Creedmoor) then yes it will work. For some silly reason Savage has a gazillion part numbers for magazines based on what model thee rifle is.

2024年8月24日 · Having trouble with ejecting brass on Model 12. After firing, the bolt is lifted and about 1/4 the way back, the brass pops off of the bolt face. I replaced the extractor and ejector pin/spring with a kit from Kinney's but the issue remains. Thoughts on a way to resolve this?

2009年9月25日 · I just acquired a Model 5 that has a Weaver N3 scope mount on it. The N3 is a 1/2" side mount. Some questions on my scope mount options for this Model 5. Will a 1" tube clear the bolt handle? (does anyone have a 1" tube scope on their early model bolt action?) Which Weaver side mounts are there for this model.

2010年1月13日 · It's the "new model" with 4 3/8 inches center to center between the action screws. I had planned on getting a new B&C Duramaxx stock for it but they say the won't fit the new models. My question is, will any other stock fit it?

2025年3月8日 · Cabellas. Basic model Savage. 20 inch threaded barrel with cammo stock and accutrigger. Cant remember but it seems they put them on sale for 500 plus or minus.
