The Boomerang Monkey is a Primary-class tower that was released in the initial release of Bloons TD 6. The tower retains its role from the Bloons TD 4, 5, and Classic game generations, but has changed its name from "Boomerang Thrower" along with other significant changes.

The Boomerang Monkey throws boomerangs that move in a curved shape. Each boomerang can pop up to 4 bloons (2 in BTD2 and BTD3, 3 in BTD4 and BTD5). In Bloons Pop!, Boomerang Monkey throws two boomerangs for every time the monkey collides with a bloon, throwing them in the direction prior to impact.

2017年3月14日 · Boomerang monkeys are rarely used ever as far as I'm aware. People are scared of the throwing arc. But once you learn to use it, the BM becomes one of the greatest early game towers.

Boomerang is my second most used monkey, with my favorite path generally being 2-5-0, using 0-5-2 to deal with leads. I use the other two, I just enjoy the sheer popping power of the middle path.

Most towers have tier 5’s as an optimal crosspath, but I’d say rules of thumb like “don’t save up for Glaive Lord/Moab Domination as there are better alternatives” could be applied to any mode. If that applies to top and bottom boomer, it should also apply to mid dart. There are much better options, and I only ever use 032 if I’m going mid path.
