2025年1月13日 · Recently, Na 5 Tm (MoO 4) 4 microwave dielectric ceramics were reported by Bao et al., which exhibited great dielectric properties (ԑr = 7.66, τf = −58.85 ppm/°C and Q × f = 67, 499 GHz) at a low sintering temperature of 625 °C, and Na 5 Tm (MoO 4) 4 ceramics have also shown promising applications in the terahertz frequency band [11].
