Morgan Parra (born 15 November 1988) is a former French rugby union player who played as a scrum-half and occasionally fly-half. He played most of his career with Clermont Auvergne after signing for them from Bourgoin .

Né d'un père rugbyman, Morgan Parra pratique très jeune le rugby à XV. Il commence sa carrière professionnelle en 2006 avec le CS Bourgoin-Jallieu.

Known as the “Petit Général”, Parra is a vocal player whose presence is evident throughout the 80 minutes of every match he plays. A truly excellent scrum-half, whose versatility allows him to play 10 when called upon, he moved to Clermont in 2009 from Bourgoin having played over 60 games for the side.
