I am trying to make a .cur file so I can make a custom cursor image but I can't find a way to change to files directly or when I download them. I made a new folder for the files and I looked in there for them and found them but when I selected them nothing happened. I even put the files in the cursor images files directly.

So what I did was locate mouse settings, and figured out the click was mirrored, there is an option that let you change your primary cursor (left or right). You just have to change to the opposite option that is current showing.

2017年4月14日 · I went to change it back to the windows 10 cursor in mouse and trackpad setting but as soon as I open up the pointer tab in additional mouse options I get a pop up telling me all of my aero.cur files are either missing or corrupt. Restarting laptop again had no effect.

I am on mouse cursor settings and am trying to change up the look of my cursor! so I saved some from a site, the file type being ".cur", which is the required type of file for a cursor. I cannot see the files unless I go onto all files but then the folder shows up without the cursors. I would love some advice of some sort!!

2009年12月28日 · Yes, you can copy old legacy cursors from previous MS operating systems and use them in Win7, but there seems to be one trick. If you copy the cursors directly to C:\windows\cursors, which is where all of Win7 cursors are located, the Mouse Control Panel applet won't display them correctly and neither will the OS.
