Simply sign in to Your Account and follow these steps to transfer your service. Sign in to Your Account. If you are not registered for Your Account, you may use the Visitor feature by selecting Visitor on the Sign In screen.

For the Visitor feature, enter your PG&E account number, meter number and the last four digits of your Social Security number OR your last name, zip code, meter number and the last four digits of your Social Security number. Scroll down to Service Requests and select Start or Stop Service.
