Located in the village of Ceglo in the heart of the Brda appellation, literally a stone’s throw from the Italian border, Movia is widely put the Slovenia on the map of the world’s great wine regions in the late 1990s when the interest in wines grown in former Eastern Bloc states began to flourish.

On 26 cultivated hectares divided among 12 vineyards, Movia capitalizes on the Mediterranean climate to produce Chardonnay, Ribolla Gialla, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Nero, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malvasia and Sauvignon vert.
