2023年4月27日 · Aloxe-Corton is a small village and commune at the northern end of the Côte de Beaune subregion of Burgundy's Côte d'Or heartland. It is located on the plains below the Côte d'Or escarpment, just north of Beaune, in one of the most densely planted areas of the region.

The appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC) Aloxe-Corton may be used for red and white wine with respectively Pinot noir and Chardonnay as the main grape variety.

Aloxe Corton (pronounced: Alosse Coh-ton) is one of the northernmost AOCs in the Côte de Beaune region of Côte dOr - closest to Côte de Nuits. It is one of Burgundy’s most celebrated wine villages - renowned for its well-structured and aromatic red and white wines.
