2024年12月7日 · Thanks. After about 90 minutes on chat with MS Support, my issue was finally escalated to a resource that confirmed that MS has had multiple reports of the issue. We went into my billing info and it was outdated. No explanation. We updated billing info and the rep was able to link the updated billing info to my MS365 account.
