2012年10月19日 · EDIT: I just confirmed with Cigna that patient does have unlimited OON visits (so Multiplan id full of $%#*), that Cigna will play at 80% based on maximum allowable in the area. So I think that answers my question. I am still curious if anyone can offer any additional info about cancelling Multiplan. Thanks! James

I know the billed charges on the DME item are less than the U&C the insurance is currently paying in that area. The insurance company confirmed if no agreement can be made than they will process the claim at MRC2 which is 300% of Medicare allowable.
