I have looked in many places having logged on to my account in My BT but cannot find it and have followed some suggestions on the web, most of them asking me to click on parts of My BT that aren't there.

2023年5月18日 · Whilst that's true of www.bt.com, my.bt.com has additional protection to prevent attempts to hack accounts. It's not uncommon for high risk IP addresses to be blocked from accessing my.bt.com when they're able to access www.bt.com OK. That wouldn't explain the issue for you though. Have you been able to test it from any other internet connection?

Got an EE email to change from BT to change to EE a few days ago. The question was.. Can I keep my old BT email address.. The person I spoke to said that if I change straight away then possible you can keep, them free.. If you leave it a few weeks and then decide to change you can keep your emails for £7.50 a month or loose all of them....
