There is nothing on my EE account either but I suspect this is an old login from mobile contract rather than EE broadband generated. Since I was migrated I haven't received a single email from either BT or EE so don't have any new account number visible.

Jan 2, 2025 · My simplistic reading of this is that I will get a “my EE” login for all the new stuff but the “my BT” app and web page will remain, but the only “product” left there will be email service, and I’ll continue to be able to manage our IDs in perpetuity.
