Goad causes a creature to be goaded until a player’s next turn. A goaded creature has to attack a player (not a planeswalker or battle) other than you if it can. The controller of a goaded creature still chooses who the creature attacks. If the creature can't attack a player other than you, then it must attack you or a planeswalker if it can.

Whenever The Rani enters or attacks, create a red Aura enchantment token named Mark of the Rani attached to another target creature. That token has enchant creature and "Enchanted creature gets +2/+2 and is goaded." Whenever a goaded creature deals combat damage to one of your opponents, investigate.
